What you'll do

From day one, you'll:

• Start powerful conversations with decision-makers - from MDs to Directors.
• Build and manage outbound campaigns across a variety of industries and markets.
• Master the art of sales through our proven process, built around curiosity, empathy and results.
• Understand clients' worlds and tailor your approach to what really matters to them.
• Consistently generate qualified meetings and opportunities for our clients.
• Setting the standard for the team around you and helping newer SDRs raise their game.
• Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team who'll have your back every step of the way.
• Contribute ideas, share best practice and help shape how we continue to improve.

This isn't a script-reading role. We want people who can think on their feet, ask great questions and genuinely engage with prospects.

Where it goes next

• Depending on where your strengths lie and what you actually want, this role is the gateway into:
• Leadership: Coaching and developing SDRs, running the floor, owning team performance and building the culture of the Manchester office. If you're the person who naturally raises the standard around you, this is your path.
• Account Management: Owning client relationships, driving retention, shaping strategy with client stakeholders and developing the people around you.
• Business Development Manager: Owning new business, running the full commercial cycle and building your own book.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who has 12 months+ experience in B2B outbound sales or B2B cold calling and wants to continue building a career in sales.

You'll likely be:

• Comfortable picking up the phone and having meaningful conversations, not reading a script.

Additional requirements

• Ability to commute/relocate: must reliably commute to Manchester M1 4LF or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
• Experience: SDR experience of 1 year is preferred.
• Language: Fluent English is required.
• Work location: In person.
