Full-Time Year 5 Teacher - Salford (September Start)

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Salford that is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time position, initially running for the autumn term, with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.

The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging, well-structured lessons and build positive relationships with pupils, while maintaining high expectations across the classroom.

The successful candidate will:

• Have strong experience teaching Year 5 or across KS2.
• Have a good working knowledge of the White Rose Maths scheme and be confident planning and delivering maths lessons using it.
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and promote a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
• Have strong behaviour management skills and maintain high expectations.
• Work effectively with colleagues, teaching assistants and the wider school team.
