Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound email inquiries within specified response times
• Verify customer information and ensure GDPR compliance in all communications
• Open, manage, and process claims files for approval and authorisation
• Handle inbound calls, understand caller needs, and provide appropriate information or transfer as necessary
• Clearly explain claim validation processes to customers
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

• Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable individual
• Proficient in PC use with experience in MS Office
• Previous experience in policies, claims, insurance, or automotive industry beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently within a team or independently
