Job Description:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll run your own business within the business. You’ll master your market, control your pipeline, and close deals with high-value clients across the UK and Europe. This is pure performance-based sales — where every win counts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Owning and growing a niche recruitment market
• Building a profitable client portfolio through outbound sales & strategic targeting
• Generating and qualifying top-tier candidate leads
• Negotiating, closing, and managing full recruitment cycles
• Creating a standout digital brand and online presence
• Collaborating with a high-energy team who push for more — every single day

What’s In It For You:

• Base Salary: £25,000 - £25,750.00
• Uncapped Commission: Earn what you’re worth — realistic OTE:

Year 1: £30–45k

Year 2: £50–70k

Year 3: £100k+
