Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Pay: £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Are you a caring and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Salford?

We're working with a welcoming primary school looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties and learning needs

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support both inside and outside the classroom

• Helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally

• Supporting positive behaviour and helping pupils stay engaged with learning

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent support

• Creating a safe, positive and inclusive environment for pupils

• Has previous experience working with children or young people with SEN

• Is patient, caring and confident supporting challenging behaviour

• Can build positive relationships with pupils

• Has a proactive and flexible approach

• Has experience as a TA, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker or similar
