Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision supporting pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs.

You will support pupils both 1:1 and within the classroom, helping manage challenging behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement with learning. Experience within SEMH, SEN, PRU, Alternative Provision, residential care or mental health settings would be highly desirable.

We’re looking for someone calm, consistent and able to build strong relationships with young people who may display challenging behaviour.
