School Administrator - North & South Manchester

Do you have strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a busy school environment?

We are working with a trust of schools across North and South Manchester who are looking for friendly, reliable and organised School Administrators to join their teams.

You'll support the school office and work with staff, pupils, parents and visitors, helping with the smooth running of the school.

The Role

• Welcome visitors, parents and pupils.
• Answer calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Support with attendance, registers and pupil records.
• Complete general administration and data entry.
• Provide support to teachers and SLT.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration, reception, customer service or school experience.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Friendly and confident communication skills.
• Comfortable using IT and learning new systems.
• Calm and professional in a busy environment.

• Pay: From £100 per day
