Job Description:

Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum + Bonus + Private Healthcare
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP Customer Service Administrator to join a successful and growing business.

This position plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, managing quotations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with internal departments, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate information within SAP and providing exceptional support throughout the customer journey.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP
• Producing and managing customer quotations
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Maintaining pricing, product and customer information within SAP
• Monitoring order progress and providing customer updates
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Assisting with invoicing and general sales administration activities
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

To be considered, you should have:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Administration or Sales Support role
• Experience processing customer orders from receipt through to completion
• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
