SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Walkden | £32,000 | Permanent

The role

• Process sales orders accurately from enquiry through to completion
• Provide first-class customer service by phone and email
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Prepare quotations, order paperwork and sales documentation
• Monitor orders, deliveries and deadlines
• Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
• Resolve queries quickly and professionally
• Help ensure the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or a similar commercial administration role.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Confident dealing with customers
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Commercially aware and proactive
• A strong communicator
• Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a busy team
