We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager / Estimator who is passionate about helping customers bring their vision to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
• Consult with customers to identify the best flooring solutions for their needs
• Produce detailed and accurate estimates and quotations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
• Support the continued growth and success of the business

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Previous experience within flooring retail or a related trade
• Confident with measurements, pricing, and estimating software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and professional approach to work
• Someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and wants to grow with the business

• £35,000 basic salary plus bonus scheme

• Full-time hours: Four weekdays 9:00am–5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am–3:00pm
