Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Renderer for an immediate start on a construction project in Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external rendering work to a high standard.

• Prepare surfaces for rendering, ensuring they are clean and suitable for application.

• Apply render to walls and other surfaces using appropriate techniques.

• Ensure a smooth, consistent and professional finish.

• Work safely and maintain a clean and organised working area.

• Work effectively alongside other trades on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Renderer within the construction industry.

• Valid CSCS card.

• Own tools and PPE.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Must be available for an immediate start in Manchester.
