Production Operative – Dukinfield, SK16

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in the Dukinfield (SK16) area.

Key Responsibilities

• Moving fences and gates along the production line.
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Undertaking heavy manual lifting as required.
• Working in a hot production environment.
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring materials are available.
• Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised.
• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines and targets.
• Following all relevant health and safety procedures.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong attendance record.
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking heavy manual handling.
• Previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience would be advantageous.

Shift Pattern

Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
