Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with guidance and support from the Sales Manager.
• Build and maintain a strong marketing strategy and promote product range to new industry sectors.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Direct experience leading or shaping B2B marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication capabilities with the ability to provide presentations online and face to face.
• Delivery marketing campaigns at Trade shows, trade publications, and online platforms
• Cover the UK nationwide with offering a hybrid role that offers flexibility.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify new sectors, markets, and partnerships to support growth objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in business development, sales, product management, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience of industrial fabrics and within automation, pharmaceuticals or engineering would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience of the manufacturing sector and taking a product to market
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
• Knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques.
