Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Procurement Team Leader for a permanent role. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and driving positive change. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting procurement operations, facilities management, vehicle fleet activities, and business support services.

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team across Procurement, Facilities, Fleet and Operations.
• Foster a people-oriented, collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvement and service quality.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and internal controls.
• Support facilities and workplace experience activities through a strong Facilities team.

• Experience in Operations, Procurement, Facilities, Supply chain, Fleet, Customer Service or other transferable business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strategic mindset to drive procurement project delivering spend efficiencies.
• Interest or exposure to Procurement and/or Facilities Management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience leading or coordinating people, projects, or processes is preferred but not mandatory.
