Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00

In this role you will be required to:

· To diagnose foot / lower limb problems for referred patients with a wide range of clinical needs including diabetes, chronic neuropathy, chronic disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, vascular insufficiency, tissue viability, terminal illness.

· To initiate, monitor and evaluate courses of treatment following assessment. Including the high-risk foot and wound management.

· To provide clinically effective treatments underpinned by evidence-based practice.

· To collaborate with colleagues in the management of complex foot problems including ulceration.

· To ensure referral to other services are expedited quickly in circumstances where additional diagnostic skills / services are required.

What you’ll need:

• Degree or equivalent in podiatry
• HCPC Registration within Podiatry
• Post registration podiatry experience in Diabetes Care
• Demonstrate good organisation skills and ability to create accurate care plans
• Certificate of Local Anaesthesia
• Driving Licence and access of car
