JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plumbing Supervisor required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a large commercial sites in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team. As Plumbing supervisor you will be responsible for engineers across mechanical disciplines.

This will be site based

This supervisor role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime available.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing engineers and sub-contractors on site
• Organise labour and attend site meetings
• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Repair and replace mechanical fittings
• Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical faults
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with customers on site

Requirements for the role

• Technical qualifications
• Supervisory experience or similar
• Multi Skilled
