Immediate Temporary Requirement

PA to Primary School in Moston - M40

Working Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm

Starting Monday 28th September - 18 December 2026

You must have an Enhanced DBS check on the update service

The Personal Assistant will provide effective administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher and senior leadership team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing diaries, appointments, meetings and correspondence.
• Preparing documents, reports, agendas and meeting minutes.
• Handling telephone calls, emails and enquiries professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records and confidential information.
• Supporting communication with parents, staff, governors and external organisations.
• Assisting with general school administration and office duties as required.
• Working with staff to support the efficient organisation of school activities and events.

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, professional and able to work effectively in a busy school environment while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
