Flexible on hours and working pattern (circa 21 hours)

£33,000 FTE

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary Management: Organize and maintain the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and liaising with team members.
• First Point of Contact: Handle calls and emails on behalf of the Director, ensuring communication is smooth and efficient.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, making a great first impression and ensuring they feel valued.
• Project Administration: Support the Director with ad hoc projects, including planning events and presentations.
• Team Liaison: Communicate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure tasks are completed on time.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous office-based experience supporting senior members of staff
• Client-facing experience, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong IT, communication, and literacy skills.
