Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary

Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across a range of settings. We are looking for candidates who have a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification and recent UK school experience.

These roles offer the opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 while supporting pupils both academically and pastorally.

The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
* Assisting teachers with classroom learning and differentiated activities
* Supporting phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions
* Helping manage behaviour and promote positive relationships
* Supporting pupils' confidence, independence and social development
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
* Monitoring and feeding back on pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification
* Has more than 6 months' UK-based school experience
* Experience working with primary-aged children
* Confident supporting pupils with SEND
* Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
