About The Role:

We are recruiting an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for HR-led learning and development activity. The role will coordinate systems, records, communications and processes supporting our Learning Management System, appraisal cycle, trainees, apprentices and professional qualification routes.

This HR-focused role works closely with the HR and Training teams and is not responsible for designing or delivering training programmes. The successful candidate will be a proactive administrator who can manage processes, maintain accurate records and provide a responsive service to employees.

Person Specification:

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when maintaining records and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience producing reports, maintaining trackers and working with data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership of routine processes.
• Able to identify escalation points and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Flexible, resilient and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Learning & Development, HR, training administration, apprenticeships or professional qualifications is desirable.
• Experience using an LMS and working in a regulated or professional services environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of legal qualification routes, including LPC, SQE, CILEX, Bar or Costs pathways, is advantageous.
• Support HR-related tasks across the wider team.

Salary & Hours:

• Salary of £15 per hour, depending on experience
• Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday but will consider alternative working hours and pattern.
