Manchester
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

I'm working with a highly regarded international freight forwarding business that is looking to strengthen its Manchester team with an experienced Internal Pricing Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that places real emphasis on customer relationships, service quality and long-term development. You'll be working within a supportive commercial environment, playing an important role in retaining and developing existing customers through competitive pricing and strong day-to-day service.

This is not a cold-sales or commission-driven position. The focus is on managing pricing requirements for existing clients, identifying opportunities within established accounts and working closely with operations and commercial colleagues to deliver the right freight solutions.

• Handling pricing enquiries from existing customers
• Preparing accurate and competitive freight quotations
• Following up quotations and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Working closely with operations and commercial teams
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Ensuring pricing remains commercially viable and competitive
• Supporting customer retention through excellent service and communication

• Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, pricing, internal sales or customer service
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident customer communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced freight environment
• A proactive approach with a genuine focus on customer relationships
