Housing Disrepair Solicitor, Manchester City Centre Based.

£45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Structure

The Role as Housing Disrepair Solicitor

You will manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting on behalf of tenants and delivering high-quality legal advice and representation. This is a client-focused role suited to a confident solicitor who enjoys autonomy and progression.

Responsibilities as Housing Disrepair Solicitor

• Handling a full caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to conclusion
• Advising clients on housing conditions, disrepair claims, and related litigation
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings
• Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and other third parties
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements

Essentials as Housing Disrepair Solicitor

· Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE

• Proven experience in Housing Disrepair (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
