Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Tech Sector
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester, Lancashire
Salary: Circa £25,000 basic + OTE £30,000–£35,000 (Year 1)

We’re expanding rapidly and looking for Graduate Sales Development Representatives to join a collaborative, high-performing team. You’ll be making outbound calls to lapsed business customers (completely warm leads - no cold calling) to re-engage relationships and book high-quality appointments for our Business and Key Account Managers.

Your role

• Outbound call warm, lapsed B2B customers to reintroduce services.
• Build rapport, understand business needs, and identify opportunities.
• Generate quality appointments for our Business and Key Account Managers.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet targets.

What we’re looking for in a Graduate Sales Development Representative

You don’t need specific industry experience - full training is provided - but you’ll need:

• Confidence speaking to people over the phone.
• A proactive, positive, and resilient mindset.
• Ideally some experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing work (preferred but not essential).
• Comfortable and confident with Technology
• Drive and ambition to grow your career quickly.
