Frontend Developer – Manchester (Hybrid Remote) - £50k

React UI / Typescript / antd | 2pdw in office | Flexible Culture | Agile Scrum | Progression & Shares Opportunity

Ada Meher is partnered on a search with a leading FinTech business with offices on Deansgate as they recruit an experienced Frontend Developer to join them as they undergo a modernisation project from a legacy monolith to microservice architecture and develop a new suite of products. They are looking for a frontend focused candidate who can work closely with the UX/UI Designers and bring their designs to life using Typescript / React UI and Ant Design component library.

The business uses Agile Scrum methodology so are looking for a candidate with experience working in scrum teams and who is comfortable working using Agile concepts. They are an AI-forward team so will also be looking for a candidate who is keen to keep up to date with the latest trends in AI-Assisted Development, whilst maintaining tight controls on coding standards.

As a hybrid employer, this business is set up to support remote and flexible working allowing their employees to get the most out of home life whilst also contributing to the success of the team. They ask for an office presence 2dpw in Central Manchester, to collaborate with the team in person.

To Be Considered:

• Demonstrable experience in Frontend Development of SaaS platforms
• Experience working with Typescript
• Experience with React UI libraries
• An understanding of Agile delivery and associated ceremonies
• Experience with Ant Design (antd) component library would be a benefit but not necessary

The client are at the early stages of an exciting new chapter in their development, following the acquisition of the business by an equity group. They are looking to overhaul the current platforms to the latest technologies & standards before then progressing their products down a strategic roadmap into a full SaaS offering.
