Do you enjoy solving problems and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment? There is the equivalent pay of £26,660 pa with the opportunity of a performance bonus and enhanced overtime pay. The role offers office working hours with no evenings or weekends.

What will you be doing as a Fleet Coordinator?

• Managing and coordinating vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance
• Responding to driver calls and resolving fleet-related queries
• Assessing reported vehicle defects and determining the appropriate course of action
• Taking ownership of fleet incidents, liaising with accident management providers and operational teams
• Updating operations teams with repair progress and completion times
• Maintaining fleet records, including breakdowns, defects and purchase orders
• Updating and maintaining the internal fleet management system
• Ensuring vehicle maintenance records are compliant
• Monitoring supplier performance
• Completing incident documentation

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role
• Experience in an admin, support or coordination role within a Fleet, Transport, Logistics, Helpdesk, Operations or similar environment would be very interesting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with accurate keyboard skills
• Due to the location and limited public transport links, candidates will ideally have their own transport to commute to site.
