Location: Oldham (Bower House) – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
Hourly Rate (Temp): £17.91 per hour
Permanent Salary: £28,244 per annum excellent benefits
Contract: 26 weeks temp-to-perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Are you an organized administrator with a strong background in fleet operations and compliance? We are looking for a Fleet Compliance Administrator to join our team in Oldham. Key Responsibilities

• Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous fleet and driver records to ensure total legal and company compliance. Monitor MOTs, servicing, inspections, licences, and vehicle compliance deadlines.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Produce detailed fleet compliance and performance reports utilizing specialized fleet systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Operations & Supplier Coordination: Coordinate vehicle repairs, scheduled maintenance, insurance claims, and external supplier activity.
• Driver Management: Manage the driver licence checking processes and escalate any compliance or safety concerns immediately.
• Monitoring & Tracking: Monitor telematics and vehicle compliance data, escalating issues to management as appropriate.
• Fleet Lifecycle: Provide administrative support throughout the vehicle ordering, allocation, and disposal processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working directly in fleet administration or fleet compliance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (must be confident with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Hands-on experience maintaining detailed compliance records and databases.
• Strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and experience handling confidential information securely.
• Good working knowledge of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
• A valid UK driving licence is required.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience coordinating insurance claims and accident management.
• Experience utilizing fleet management software and telematics systems.
• Background working closely with vehicle lease providers, garages, and external maintenance suppliers.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and wider fleet compliance.
