Facades Designer – Manchester

Location: Manchester & surrounding region
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

We are currently looking for an experienced Facades Designer to join an established and growing team within the Manchester region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facades, cladding and roofing design, with proven experience working across a variety of refurbishment, residential and commercial projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing detailed facade and cladding designs from concept through to technical delivery, working closely with clients, contractors, architects and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Facades Designer or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of facades, cladding and roofing systems.
• Experience working on refurbishment, residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience producing accurate technical drawings and design details.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials and industry standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
