Door-to-Door Canvasser – Customer Appointments

Greater Manchester | £30,000 per year | Full-time | Temp to permanent | Weekly pay | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Sharp Talent is representing Control Flow Technologies, who are looking for an experienced Door-to-Door Canvasser to visit residential properties across Greater Manchester on behalf of a major utilities company.

The role

You’ll be out in the community speaking directly with residents about water-efficiency services, identifying suitable opportunities and booking appointments for water-saving measures.

Your day will include a mixture of door-to-door canvassing and pre-booked appointments, so you’ll need to be confident approaching people and building rapport quickly.

Key responsibilities

Complete door-to-door visits and pre-booked appointments

Speak confidently and professionally with residents

Explain available water-efficiency services

Complete simple household audits, with full training provided

Book appointments for suitable water-saving measures

Record information accurately using a tablet

Work towards agreed appointment and activity targets

Control Flow Technologies provides specialist services within the utilities sector, helping major organisations improve efficiency and reduce water usage. You’ll join their team while initially working on a temporary contract through Sharp Talent.

The person

You’ll need:

• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
• Confidence approaching and speaking with residents
• A self-motivated, target-focused approach
• A full UK driving licence and your own car
• Ability to travel throughout Greater Manchester
• Willingness to complete a basic DBS check
