Customer Service Advisor - Greater Manchester

RG Setsquare is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join a highly rewarding and successful Housing organisation based in Greater Manchester. Your new role as Customer Service Advisor:

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact handling resident inquiries promptly via phone, email, and social media channels, resolve tenant complaints and queries regarding housing options, tenancy, or policies in an empathetic manner. You will log accurate details of all customer interactions and property repair requests in internal systems, and coordinate across departments to escalate complex case files or maintenance works.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

You will have strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in supporting customers, possess personal resilience when dealing with complex or challenging customer scenarios, have high attention to detail and strong IT skills.
