⏰ 20-37.5 hours per week | 8am-5pm

PROMAN is recruiting Customer Service Administrators on behalf of a leading fashion group specialising in sports fashion and streetwear.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally
• Recording and updating customer information accurately
• Completing a range of administrative tasks
• Working across multiple systems to support customer service operations

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer service experience, whether in retail, contact centres, hospitality, or office-based roles
• Confident communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A professional and positive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on business needs

Working Hours:

• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Typically 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• Flexibility is essential

Pay:

£12.71 per hour
