Customer Oversight Analyst

We are seeking a Customer Oversight Analyst who will be responsible for producing and maintaining accurate customer outcome reporting, analysing customer harm, trends and KRIs, supporting Customer Committee governance and executive reporting, managing action tracking and data governance, collaborating with insight teams to resolve data issues, and driving continuous improvement to support strong customer outcomes, informed decision making and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse customer outcome trends and support improvement actions to mitigate customer harm.
• Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and effective customer risk insights.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and promote a risk aware, customer focused culture.
• Identify root causes, solve business issues and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Support customer change initiatives and operate effectively within a regulated environment.
• Promote Consumer Duty principles and ensure customer harm is identified, escalated and remediated.
• Support regulatory reporting, conduct risk governance, and the enhancement of risk controls and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty and conduct risk frameworks.
• Proven experience in a regulated financial services or insurance environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• A collaborative team player who is passionate about delivering positive customer change.
