Cover Supervisor - Rochdale

Aspire People are currently looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to work across schools in Rochdale and the surrounding areas.

We have opportunities available across mainstream secondary schools and SEN settings, with positions suitable for candidates looking for daily supply and short-term assignments.

We are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors who have strong classroom management skills and can effectively manage behaviour while delivering pre-set work.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar school-based role
* Experience working with SEN pupils - essential
* Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
* A UK degree
* Previous experience working in mainstream secondary schools and/or SEN settings
* The ability to commute across Rochdale and surrounding areas
* Flexibility and availability for daily supply and short-term work
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable
* References covering the last 2 years
