Specialist Analytics Agency | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Up to £70,000

GA4 experience is a non-negotiable

The role

Our client is an analytics and CRO agency. They help businesses put data at the heart of their strategy, from data collection and measurement through to privacy and activation, mainly using the Google Marketing Platform.

They’re now working with some of the UK’s largest brands. Many of their tier 1 clients turn over hundreds of millions of pounds a year. With that comes bigger opportunities, more stakeholders and higher expectations. Their analytics team is technically excellent, and they now need a senior client leader to sit alongside the team and own those relationships.

As Client Partner, you’ll be the main contact for their largest accounts. You’ll build relationships across marketing, digital, data and leadership teams, and you’ll be comfortable talking through the work: why it matters, what’s involved and the value it delivers. You’ll work closely with the co-founders, two of the most experienced Google Marketing Platform practitioners in the UK. This is a chance to shape how the agency works with enterprise clients as it grows.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and growing relationships with tier 1 clients, acting as a trusted partner rather than a supplier
• Building relationships with multiple stakeholders across each client, from day-to-day contacts to senior decision makers
• Understanding each client’s business goals and turning them into a clear measurement and analytics roadmap with the technical team
• Leading client meetings, QBRs and strategic reviews, and explaining technical work (GA4, tagging, data, activation) in a way that makes its value clear
• Spotting and developing opportunities to grow accounts, and supporting new business pitches and audits
• Being the link between clients and the analytics team: setting expectations, scoping work and making sure delivery lands well
• Coaching the wider team on client communication and stakeholder management
• Keeping up with industry developments so you can bring fresh thinking to clients

What we’re looking for

• A strong record in client services or account leadership at an agency or consultancy, managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders at enterprise-level organisations
• A solid understanding of digital analytics and the marketing technology landscape (GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio, DV360/SA360 or similar). You don’t need to build implementations, but you can talk credibly about the work and the value it delivers
• Commercial awareness, with experience of growing accounts and spotting opportunities
• The ability to turn technical detail into business outcomes
• Self-motivation, curiosity and a drive to deliver excellent work for clients
