Children's Senior Residential Support Worker

💷 £32,000 – £35,000 per annum | Full-Time | Sleep-ins Required

JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting Children's Senior Residential Support Workers to join a well-established children's residential provider supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about making a real difference and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.

The Role

• Lead shifts and support the wider staff team.
• Build positive relationships with young people.
• Support emotional regulation and manage complex behaviours.
• Complete care records and safeguarding documentation.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Previous experience within a children's residential home.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex behaviours.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• A resilient, caring and positive approach.
