Children's Home Agency Support Worker – BRB Temps

£13.00 – £15.00 per hour | Fortnightly Pay | Days & Nights Available | Temp to Perm Opportunities

BRB Temps Children is building a team of reliable, passionate agency staff who genuinely want to make a difference.

We work with children's residential homes across the North West, providing additional support when homes need it most. When you join BRB Temps, you're not just filling a shift — you're becoming part of a team that puts the children and young people at the centre of everything we do.

Our agency staff support the homes with day-to-day activities, providing additional hands where needed and helping the wider team keep the home running safely, positively and smoothly. This can include supporting activities with young people, helping with household tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a welcoming environment, and working alongside the permanent team.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who are reliable, caring, responsible and committed to putting children and young people first.

Previous children's residential experience is highly valued, but we're also interested in hearing from people with transferable experience who have the right attitude and want to develop within the sector.

You need to be confident working as part of a team, willing to support with the practical running of a home and, most importantly, understand the responsibility that comes with working with children and young people.
