Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant
 

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established, global business travel company based in Manchester who are recruiting for a Dutch speaking Business Travel consultant to join their team , working on a small portfolio of accounts . This role will be on a flexible hybrid rota in Manchester and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-6pm offering a salary £32,000-£36,000 dependent on experience, along with great company benefits


Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities :

• Assisting corporate clients with Worldwide travel enquiries including flights, hotels and transfers by phone and email
• Providing support and advise of the best travel options 
• Responsible for the whole process including changes and amendments and ticketing
• Offering ahigh level of service, while compliant with SLA’s

Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant Experience Required:

• Previous experience working within Business Travel/Corporate Travel
• Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge
• Experience using Sabre is preferred but other GDS Galileo/Amadeus maybe considered  
• Fluent/Native Dutch language
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Strong fares and ticketing experience
