Perhaps you're looking to progress into a career in Behavioural Psychology, and want to gain first-hand school based experience supporting KS3 & KS4 students with SEMH needs?

An inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school in the Rochdale area is eager to find a Behaviour Support Mentor able to conduct key 1:1 & small group academic support for students with SEMH needs located outside of the classroom setting.

Behaviour Support Mentor - Role Information:

• Supporting KS3 & KS4 students with SEMH needs
• Creating engaging learning experiences across variety of subjects
• Conducting tailored support outside of class setting
• Monitoring progression and combatting weak-points
• Monday to Friday role - October 2026 to July 2026
• Paid £94 to £100 per day during-term time 

Behaviour Support Mentor - Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree
• Prior experience supporting individuals with SEMH needs
• Resilient, patient and hard-working individual
• Ability to build rapport with challenging students
• Strong communication and organisation skills

Behaviour Support Mentor - The School:

• Located in the Heywood area of Rochdale
• Supportive and cohesive SEMH support department
