About the Role:

Our client, a renowned UK wide property practice is seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate with at least two years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic Manchester team. Whilst being based in Manchester this role will beactive in the South East and require travel to London on occasion.This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including affordable housing valuations, viability assessments, and development appraisals. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the affordable housing sector in the public sector, but also having the chance to get involved in private sector work too.
