Job Description:

Assistant Building Manager                Trafford Park                 £32,000 doe

A leading property consultancy who has shaped the face of real estate have an exciting vacancy for a proven facilities/Assistant Building Manager to join their team.  This is the ideal opportunity for a candidate who has proven work experience delivering high-quality facilities management in the commercial sector. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing all hard and soft services over multiple sites, planned and reactive maintenance
• Assisting the Senior Building Manager with contact meetings with suppliers
• Invoice validation for completed services provided
• Managing and instructing all minor works, overseeing
• Completing daily safety and risk assessment tours
• Ensuring the H&S system is updated and maintained at all time

Essentials:

• Three years’ experience in facilities management and a knowledge of managing agent responsibilities
• Experience of FM services
• Good working knowledge of managing relationships between landlord and tenants within the commercial property sector
• IOSH trained
