Description

• Maintain and update property records and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate and schedule property inspections and maintenance activities.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for the property team.
• Respond to enquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the property team with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies.
• Manage and organise files, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
• Collaborate with other departments to support property-related projects.

Profile

A successful Asset Administrator should have:

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the property or Not For Profit sector.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and data.
• Proficiency in using office software and database systems.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
