Air Hygiene Supervisor / Duct Work Supervisor

Based in North-West (Liverpool or Manchester)

£34000-£38000 + Van + Benefits

UK wide Environmental Consultancy are expanding a specialist division of the business and currently require an Air Hygiene Supervisor / Duct Work Supervisor to join the team working in a pair on commercial sites (Leisure, Hospitality and Food/Beverage) in the North-West.

Previous experience is required, and the Air Hygiene Supervisor / Duct Work Supervisor will ideally have a duct work operative to bring along to their new position. The main USP for our client is how they work alongside their field service team, they ensure all work is planned, all materials are on site and access to escalate site issues through to the project management team is easy, meaning problems are resolved and work can continue with minimal disruption.

To apply for the Air Hygiene Supervisor / Duct Work Supervisor position, the following experience is required

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an Air Hygiene Supervisor / Duct Work Supervisor

• Excellent communication skills and be confident working independently
• A thorough understanding of TR19 guidelines covering ventilation hygiene, fire damper testing or ductwork cleaning
• Ability to do overnight work
• Full driving license
• Enhanced DBS checked
• Be happy to work act as a mentor to junior staff members and remain hands on when required.

Key duties for the Air Hygiene Supervisor / Duct Work Supervisor will include:

• The inspection of the Kitchen Extraction Systems
• Taking photos for pre-clean documentation.
• Acting as the primary point of contact to clients assisting in the scheduling of work
• Fitting new access panels ensuring compliance with TR19 guidelines.
• Ensure documentation & compliance reporting is maintained reporting into head office with recommendation where required
