Description

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Month end close for payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate and organised accounting files and documentation.
• Handle queries related to payments and account discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide general administrative support as needed within the accounting department.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Experience in accounting or finance-related tasks.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for managing queries and reporting.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Offer

• £30,000 to £32,000 salary dependent on the level of experience.
• Part-time, interim position.
